Richest Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 c Butter
3 Eggs
2 c Sugar
2 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
6 c Flour
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ c Chocolate Chips
Beat butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla until creamy.

Sift flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Dough should be crumbly - drop by spoonfuls.

Bake at 350º 8-10 min

Chicken Pillows


1 can Cream of Chicken
4 oz cream cheese
½ lb chicken breast
2 rolls regular crescent rolls
1c cheddar cheese (optional- to taste)
Pre-cook chicken breast and shred.

Cook Cream of Chicken with cream cheese over med heat. Add chicken once smooth.

Split crescents into twos and orient as triangles. Spoon chicken mixture into crescents and decorate with cheese. Fold points of triangle over mixture.

Bake according to directions on crescent can, add cheese to top of rolls when 5 minutes left on timer.

Serve hot with a rice or similar sides.
Serves 4.

1lb Ground Beef (85%)
1.5lb Mild Italian Sausage
¾c Brown Sugar
Onion
Garlic
Parsley: Remove large parts of stem, chop
Basil: remove stem, chop
Oregano: Pull/remove leaves from stem. Chop
Thyme: Whole stem in sauce, remove later. OR pull off leaves, remove stem, chop
Sage: Remove leaves, chop
